INTRODUCTION

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to orders placed via the Funky Family website. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

HANDMADE NATURE & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

All our ceramic items are lovingly handcrafted. Other accessories, including keychains and necklaces, are handcrafted using our custom ceramic beads alongside metal components or pearls.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, size, and shape may occur compared to the images shown on our website. These subtle variations are an inherent feature of unique handmade art and are not considered defects.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

We offer custom ceramic creations, including personalized pet mugs, plates, and individual requests. Custom orders generally require a production time of up to 4 weeks to be handcrafted, fired, and prepared for dispatch. Specific requirements for custom designs will be agreed upon via direct communication prior to production.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€). Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments made in person during pop-up markets or events are accepted via SumUp or cash.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Direct checkout shipping is currently available within Lithuania via LP Express (parcel lockers and courier), Omniva and DPD. For international orders outside Lithuania, buyers must contact us at hello@funkyfamilydesign.com prior to purchase to arrange custom shipping options.

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized items require up to 4 weeks of production time prior to dispatch.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT

We take full responsibility for ensuring your ceramic items arrive safely. In the event that an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@funkyfamilydesign.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and outer packaging. We will provide a full refund or dispatch a replacement where possible.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation, buyers have the right to return standard, ready-to-ship items within 14 calendar days of delivery without specifying a reason. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer covers all return shipping costs.

In accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized goods made to the consumer's specific specifications.
