Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WITHIN LITHUANIA

We offer nationwide shipping across Lithuania via LP Express, Omniva, and DPD parcel lockers and courier services. A flat shipping rate of €3.50 applies to all orders under €70. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of €70 or more.

Please note that local pickup or in-person collection is currently unavailable. All orders are processed and dispatched directly to your selected parcel locker or delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Automated checkout shipping is currently available exclusively for orders within Lithuania. If you wish to place an order for delivery to another country, please contact us at hello@funkyfamilydesign.com prior to purchase. We will gladly arrange custom international shipping options and rates for you.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES

Orders containing ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized creations, including custom pet mugs and plates, are individually handcrafted and require a production time of up to 4 weeks prior to dispatch.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery progress.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT

We package every ceramic piece with extreme care to ensure safe arrival. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives broken or damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@funkyfamilydesign.com.

To help us process your claim quickly, please attach clear photographs showing the damaged item as well as the outer packaging. We will promptly arrange a full refund or dispatch a replacement piece where available.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Standard, ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt in accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

In accordance with EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items made to your specific specifications (such as custom pet ceramics). All sales of custom pieces are final.
