Step 4: We shape, paint, and glaze your mug with love. In about 4 weeks (depending on the season), we will ship it directly to the address you provided at checkout.
Dishwasher & Microwave: While our ceramics are structurally dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand washing your pet mug with a soft sponge to preserve the fine, hand-painted details and colors for years to come. Avoid using it in the microwave to protect the custom shapes.
Thermal Shock: Like all handmade ceramics, avoid exposing your mug to sudden, extreme temperature changes (like pouring boiling water into a freezing cold cup), as this can cause cracking.
